To keep our club compliant and our flight line safe, all members need to have their essentials in order before hitting the field. Please ensure you have the following ready:

1. AMA Membership

   • A current AMA membership is required for insurance coverage and club standing.

2. FAA Registration

   • Keep your FAA Aircraft & Drone Registration up to date.

3. TRUST Certificate

   • If you haven’t already, complete the FAA TRUST test. It’s quick, free, and required.

4. Club Rules

   • Take a moment to refresh yourself on our Constitution, By‑Laws, and Safety Rules.

5. Sharing Your AMA Proof

   • Once you have your AMA card or certificate, choose whichever method works best for you:

8. In Person

   • Show your documents to any Executive Committee (EC) lead at the field or at a club meeting.

We keep our dues structure simple to ensure the club stays healthy and the runway stays smooth:

1. Standard Season (Oct 1 – July 31): Full Dues.

2. Late Season (Aug 1 – Sept 30): Adjusted Dues (welcome to our new members joining late in the year!).

A quick note for our regulars:

1. Renewing members always pay the Full Dues rate regardless of when they sign up. 

2. New rates for the upcoming year are officially set when the new season opens on November 1st.

2. We accept checks made out to Pikes Peak RC Club or PPRCC. Choose the method that fits your schedule.

5. Zelle

• Use the Zelle QR code shown on the membership form and on this page.

• 1. Submit once per year

  2. Each membership year requires a new application. This ensures we have your most up‑to‑date contact information, AMA number, and membership details.

  3. After submitting

  4. You’ll receive a copy of your responses for your records. If you need to correct something during the current year, just contact the club and we’ll update your profile for you.

  5. Annual renewal

  6. When the next membership cycle opens, simply submit a fresh form for that year.

  7. Membership Access Deadline: To keep your digital access active, your annual dues must be received by [Insert Date]. If payment isn’t received by the deadline, your Member Hub access will automatically deactivate until your membership is renewed.

If you’re waiting on your club badge or have questions about your membership status, please check the following before reaching out: 

1. Application Submitted  

Your badge cannot be issued until your online membership application has been received.

If you’re unsure, check your email for the confirmation message you received after submitting the form.

2. Dues Paid  

Badges are created only after dues are received by the Treasurer.

If you haven’t paid yet, please use one of the payment methods listed on this page.

3. Still Waiting? Contact the Badge Team  

If you have submitted your application and paid your dues, and still haven’t received your badge, email:

PPRCC is a volunteer‑run club with limited resources.
